REMOTE VIEW

To be used to remotely review a failed or damaged bearing, with no requirement to transport the components to J A D.

J A D will require details of the application of the bearing and the reason why it was removed from service. J A D will also need between 3-5 digital images of the damaged portions of the bearing, the shaft and/or the housing. These images can be uploaded on this website at any time

The report will cover 3-5 pages, commenting on the damage identified by the digital images and commenting on potential reasons for failure.
